FAQ for SOAR Sports Summer Camp

Morning Camp (9am - 12:15pm)

	Cheerleading                 (Ages 6 – 12)
	Soccer                          (Ages 6 – 12)
	Basketball                     (Ages 7 – 12)
	Volleyball                      (Ages 9 – 12)

	Pick up a registration form at the Church office (or online at www.fpcstanley.org)
	Complete the registration form and turn into the church office
	Registrations will be accepted until July 4th, 2011

	$40 – due when submitting your registration
	All campers will receive a camp t-shirt, camp literature, daily snacks, and daily take home Bible studies
	Scholarships are available, call the church for more information.  (704-263-4275)

Morning Camp

	Monday – Friday           9:00am – 12:15pm
	Campers should arrive between 8:30am and 9:00am

Please call the church office if a refund or cancellation is needed.
