What is the Labor Day Church-Wide Camping Trip?
It is a weekend filled with fun, beautiful mountain scenery, friends, and fellowship. A great opportunity to disconnect and draw closer to God and each other. Suitable for all ages and all levels of camping experience. There is no shortage of things to do, including picnicking, day hiking, scenic driving, and trout fishing. We promise you won't regret coming! So come on out and join us!
Who can join the Labor Day Church-Wide Camping Trip?
All of the FPC church family are welcome!
Where is the camping trip taking place?
Black Mountain Campground/Briar Bottom Group Campground
We have 2 group tent sites (Poplar & Laurel) reserved, offering fully shaded camping areas, fire pit, shelter with picnic tables, and a playing field. The campground is equipped with flush toilets, and campers can use showers at the adjacent Black Mountain Campground.
What is the cost?
FREE admission. You'll need to bring your own tent, food, and cooking supplies.
