How can I get involved with Missions at FPC Stanley?
Are you looking to make a meaningful impact both locally and globally? Join us on one of our mission trips or service projects. Whether you're a first-timer eager to step into mission work or a seasoned veteran in the field, we have a range of opportunities designed to make a difference in communities around the world and at home. Explore our mission trips for 2025 and find where you might be called to serve:
MNA Warehouse - These trips to Rome, GA can occur multiple times throughout the year and typically last 2-4 days. Teams help organize, clean and prepare disaster relief materials at the warehouse.
Short Term, Short Notice - These opportunities can occur anytime and may be local or somewhere else within the US. Sign-up and we'll notify you when an opportunity arises.
Paraguay - The Paraguay trip is being offered as a joint offering with Project Paraguay in Virginia. The team will host medical clinics, VBS, and will do construction work at churches from July 9 thru 21. The per person cost is $2100 which covers airfare, food and project materials.
Missions Stanley - This is an opportunity to serve locally around Stanley in service projects that will be coordinated thru FPC. The projects will be coordinated in early June. Anyone 12 or older is welcome to participate and there is no cost.
Belize - The Belize mission team will help repair the clinic house according to the skill level of the team participants. Possible activities include painting, pressure washing and more. The dates are April 13-20th and costs are TBD.

Faith Promise Giving is our way of financially supporting local and global missions. It is simply a way to glorify God by giving over and above our regular tithe. It requires FAITH in that we trust God to provide the resources for us to give, and a PROMISE to commit financially to support missionaries, church planters, and mission organizations to advance the gospel.
